(Usually takes 2-3 hours and includes pantry, refrigerator and freezer cleanout. Also includes healthy product recommendations).

Online Counseling - $125/hr

Cooking Sessions - $100/hr plus groceries (approx. 2-3 hours)
Learn to cook 4-5 healthy recipes. Use these recipes to plan three complete dinner menus. (Can include reworking of favorite recipes, vegetarian, ethnic, and calorie controlled menus).

Grocery Store Tours - $100/hr.
Stock your kitchen with healthy items for quick meals and tasty snacks.

In Home Personal Training - $100/hr
Personal Trainer is available to help you get in shape.

Health Nut Appearance - $300/hr.
Invite the Health Nut to your next event.

Fees are due at time of service and personal checks and credit cards are accepted. At this time requests to process insurance are not currently accepted. We provide invoices with insurance codes that can be submitted for reimbursement. Please check with your insurer about their coverage.
