In Home Visit - $300
(Usually takes 2-3 hours and includes pantry, refrigerator and freezer cleanout. Also includes healthy product recommendations).

Cooking Sessions - $100/hr plus groceries (approx. 2-3 hours)
Learn to cook 4-5 healthy recipes. Use these recipes to plan three complete dinner menus. (Can include reworking of favorite recipes, vegetarian, ethnic, and calorie controlled menus).

Grocery Store Tours - $100/hr.
Stock your kitchen with healthy items for quick meals and tasty snacks.

Health Nut Appearance - $300/hr.

Fees are due at the time of service and only personal checks are accepted. Currently we do not take insurance but we do provide invoices with the proper insurance codes that can be submitted for reimbursement. Please check with your insurer about their coverage.
